Sustainable Yachts for sale and charter
At the end of June 2022, Fountaine Pajot presented the new Aura 51 with the Smart electric engine solution. The system consists of 2 electric pods with 25 kw each, 2 x 22 kw lithium batteries and a backup generator of 22 kw used as a range extender. The design and development has been in house to Fountaine Pajot and is a new step towards carbon neutrality following the odyssea 2024 plan. Below you will find some of the first images of the new E-powered Catamaran designed in house by Fountaine Pajot and our timeline for repowering the whole Fountaine Pajot range of yachts.
On our charter base on Palma de Mallorca we follow Fountaine Pajots lead and have started to equip all our charter catamarans with solar panels to be more energy independent at sea. With some models you can operate all electrical appliances including the warter maker completely powered by solar energy.
At the moment Yates Mallorca are one of the biggest catamaran centers in La Lonja Marina on Mallorca and apart from our own charter catamarans we have already serviced more than 20 Fountaine Pajot catamarans in 2022 and we are planing to receive up to a total of 50 until the end of this year.
