All this from one supplier. It is not only the purchase price of the yacht but also the maintenance and additional costs to be considered.

At Yates Mallorca we offer you 3 different options for purchasing / charter and yacht investment on the way to your own yacht.

• With the yacht owner variant, you are 100% at the helm of your yacht. You decide on the equipment, appearance and how many weeks you want to charter or drive yourself. In this purchase charter you receive 65% of the income and based on our experience, a minimum of 20 charter weeks covers all costs, even those of a possible financing.

• The yacht partners / shared ownership variant is for customers who are thinking about owning a yacht in the long term but do not have time to look after a company or the like. You just want to spend 3 weeks a year on board and have nothing to do with costs. With the “Yacht Partners” sceme you pay 55-60% of the value of the yacht and leave it to us for the next 6 seasons and we work out all costs in the charter as well as the missing rest of the purchase price. After the 6th season you take over the yacht privately.

• Yacht Invest means that you invest and your yacht generates a safe and guaranteed 10% return every year for the next 4 years. With this variant, which is only considered an investment, you unfortunately cannot have sailing time. After the 4 years you then take over the yacht privately and own some extra income from the years before.
